General booking conditions and cancellation policy:

1. At the time of making the reservation, and in order to guarantee it, a 20 € deposit will be requested with a credit card, which will then be deducted from your dinner ticket.

2. Once the reservation is made through the web, you will receive an email confirming its validity, with all the corresponding information.

3. Free cancellations can be made up to 12 hours. before the agreed time. Once this period has passed, no refund will be possible. Cancellation can be made directly from our website.

4. If you wish to modify the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be answered as long as it is made up to 12 hours before the agreed time, and there are places available. You can carry out the process by calling the restaurant’s phone between 9 am. and 1:00 p.m.

5. If you do not go to the reservation or if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you lose the reservation and the deposit.

6. In case of rain, the reservation will be rescheduled according to availability or the deposit will be refunded.

7. Macondo reserves all admission rights.

If you cannot select a table, it means that there are no more free tables to reserve. Please choose another time or day.

For the payment of the deposit, our website will direct you to the PayPal website. If you are not a Paypal user, select the GUEST USER option.

As always, you can come without a reservation and sign up for the waiting list. We will assign you a table as soon as possible. We recommend you come early to get a table faster.
